Snow Flower Condos

With everything you need in one room, the studios at Snowflower are ideal for couples who want self-catered accommodation in Park City. When the Murphy bed is not in use, guests can use the comfortable lounge to chill on the sofas, watch TV or cozy up in front of the fireplace. The full kitchen offers everything you need for a self-catered stay and there is a small dining table within the kitchen area. These studios feature an ensuite bathroom and additional loft space.

These condos are available in three rating levels: Moderate, Deluxe & Premium.

The one-bedroom condos are great for those who want that bit of extra space and privacy that you don't get in the studio properties. These condos include a loft area and therefore can sleep between two and six guests depending on the layout. The master bedroom includes a queen bed and an ensuite and there may be a trundle bed and/or sleeper sofa. The lounge/kitchen/dining room is open-plan and includes everything you need for a relaxing self-catered stay so you can head straight back to your room after the slopes and not need to go out again until morning (if you so wished!). This living area opens out onto a balcony or patio with alpine views. 

As with the one-bedroom units, these condos vary in terms of style and layout. Most two-bedroom condos can accomodate six guests in a master bedroom with an ensuite, one twin room and one sleeper sofa. There is a further family bathroom and a main living area. This main space comprises of a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table and a cozy lounge with a fireplace. This area leads out onto a private balcony or patio. Lofted condos also available.

These condos are available in five rating levels: Moderate, Slopeside Moderate, Deluxe, Slopeside Deluxe and Premium.

The one-bedroom, one-bathroom condos are ideal for couples or small families who want some space and privacy without the expense of a larger unit. The master bedroom includes a king bed (no ensuite) and there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. Even though these condos are compact, they feature a full kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table, and a comfortable lounge. Some units may have a balcony or patio.

The two-bedroom condos with a loft are great for large groups who don't mind not having separate bedrooms. The master bedroom usually features a king bed and an ensuite, then there is likely to be a queen or twin room. In the lofted suites there may be a further den area with a range of bedding (queens, twins and/or sleeper sofas). The cozy living room includes sofas and armchairs focused around a gas fireplace and TV so it is a perfect place to relax together of an evening. The kitchen is open-plan and features all the appliances you need for a self-catered stay and a large dining table.

These condos are available in Moderate or Deluxe level rating.

These condos are great for two families travelling together who want the convenience of two master bedrooms with ensuites and a kids' room. The kitchens are not the largest in these condos but feature all the essentials. There is also a breakfast bar and a dining table for mealtime. The cozy lounge has a TV, fireplace and comfortable sofas and opens onto a private balcony/patio.

These condos are available in: Moderate, Slopeside Moderate, Deluxe, Slopeside Deluxe, and Premium.

These condos are great for two families travelling together who want the convenience of two master bedrooms with ensuites and a kids' room. There is a third family bathroom so that there is plenty of space for everyone to get ready and an extra lofted space for additional guests. The kitchens are not the largest in these condos but feature all the essentials. There is also a breakfast bar and a dining table for mealtime. The cozy lounge has a TV, fireplace and comfortable sofas and opens onto a private balcony/patio. 

These condos are available in Deluxe, and Premium rating levels.

Great for groups of couples, the four-bedroom condos comprise of four double bedrooms and four bathrooms along with an open-plan living area. Many of the bathrooms feature jetted bathtubs and/or walk-in showers and some have double vanity sinks. The kitchens are well-equipped and the dining table is separate allowing you to relax and enjoy your meal. The lounge areas are comfortable and cozy, each with a large TV and fireplace.

Accommodating up to 10-12 guests, the five-bedroom, four/five-bathroom condos are great for large groups. Each of the bedrooms can feature double beds (if required) or twins can be used. Three of the bedrooms have TVs and there is a large TV in the lounge. The open-plan living space it the perfect place to socialise with a kitchen, lounge and dining room all intertwined. Most condos open out onto a balcony or patio. Lofted condos also available.

The largest of all the condos at Snowflower, the six-bedroom condos can sleep up to 14 guests! These are great for multi-generational trips or group ski vacations. Most of the bedrooms include split king beds which can be used as doubles or singles. Split over two floors, plus a lofted area, these condos have plenty of room for everyone to relax in their own space as well as having a large communal area. This area includes a kitchen, dining room, breakfast bar and a lounge. Most condos have access to a private balcony or patio.
