Spread over three floors, the five-bedroom, four-bathroom units are comfortable and expansive, allowing your whole group plenty of space to relax both together as a group and individually. The kitchens are well equipped for cooking during your stay, and each unit boasts a fireplace, open plan dining and lounge areas, spacious bedrooms with flexible bedding, and multiple bathrooms. Yukumi decor and furnishings are more Western-style than Japanese, and feel like a home that you would find at a Colorado ski resort.
The Yukumi houses are situated in the Izumikyo 1 area of Hirafu Village in Niseko. They are a minute drive to the main Hirafu village and slopes, or a 10-20 min walk. The property also offers a daily complimentary lift shuttle and one complimentary Kutchan shopping trip, as well as pick-up and drop-off from the Welcome Center. Alternativley a bus stop is located about 2 mins walk from the house. While not the most convenient, it's a quieter area offering great value. There are a couple of shops and restaurants in the Izumikyo 1 area. Should you wish to explore with a car, each of the Yukumi properties features a private garage so you can hire a car and come and go as you please.
