Hotel Omesberg was built in 1991 and is in the Omesberg area of Lech, just a short walk to the center of the village. It is a simple, very traditional Austrian style hotel operated and owned by the Bucher family. It’s homely, casual atmosphere is not luxurious but relaxing and friendly.
The hotel’s rooms are big with each having a living area and sofa. They range from single rooms to double rooms with balcony. The rooms are simply decorated, clean, comfortable and cozy. As it’s not surrounded by other buildings all the rooms have a view of the mountains or the valley. You can also opt for a room with morning or afternoon sun.
Hotel Omesberg has a restaurant serving delicious traditional food, though it can be a little busy and crowded at times. The hotel has a bar called Old Omesberg Parlour which exudes an old traditional ambiance thanks to the rustic wood paneling finish. The crowd in the bar is not rowdy and is frequented by locals or guests who like a more relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel has a small wellness area which features a whirlpool, sauna and steam bath. It also has a fitness studio equipped with modern gym equipment where you can sweat it out a little.
A charming traditional hotel in a quiet location, Hotel Omesberg is one of the hidden gems of Lech.
