Located in the heart of Winter Park Village the Zephyr Mountain Lodge is a prime ski-in ski-out condo property just steps from the main chair lifts and ski school. It is comprised of two buildings; the Slopeside, and the Riverside (which is not in a truly ski-in ski-out position, although it's the same distance to the lifts).
All the condos are individually owned and are classified as either Gold or Silver, depending on the quality of their furnishings and finishes. Because the condos are individually owned, do expect that each one is styled and furnished differently depending on the owner’s preference and taste. The Gold classified condos are more recently updated than the Silver condos, and are required to have a flat-screen TV and granite top counters. Condos range from studios to three-bedrooms. In general, they are very spacious and feature a kitchen with the equipment and tools you need to whip up a meal. All the condos have a gas fireplace. Views vary between mountain, riverside, slope side or village scenes.
Zephyr Mountain Lodge has two hot tubs per building which can be a crowded during peak hours and weekends. You can also sweat it out at the workout room (one per building). There’s also a huge storage locker and coin-operated laundry facility. The restaurants, bars, and shops of the main Winter Park base area are located just a few steps away, so you're close to the action.
