There are two one-bedroom apartments and one larger two-bedroom apartment which comfortably accommodate between four and five guests respectively. The one-bedroom apartments include a double bed and bunk bed so are perfect for families that don’t mind all sleeping together.
Kiseki sits close to many of Upper Hirafu’s best-known restaurants, bars and après-ski venues. The Ace Family Lift is around a six- to seven-minute walk. This central position is very convenient, although guests sensitive to noise should be aware that nearby nightlife may occasionally be heard.
Concierge assistance, an in-room digital concierge and 24-hour emergency support are available. A seasonal shopping shuttle generally operates on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but places are limited and should be reserved. Arrival transfers and winter parking also require advance confirmation.
Housekeeping is limited, with a mid-stay clean generally included only for stays of ten nights or longer. Kiseki is best suited to families, couples and small groups seeking an affordable, independent base close to the lifts and village action.
