The Hotel Appi Kogen Tower is the more upscale of the two main hotels at Appi Kogen. It shares the same facilities with the Hotel Appi Grand but it has 18 floors and bigger rooms. It is more expensive but definitely a nicer choice.
Appi Kogen Tower has sevem types of rooms with the executive rooms having undegone a recent refurbishment. The Japanese suites are also arecent addition featuring lovely Japanese decoration. The standard twin rooms feature twin beds, a little living area, and wonderful big picture windows of the slopes; the family room with three beds, a living room area with two sofa beds, and can sleep up to five people. The suites are huge with a separate bedroom and a huge living area with two sleeper sofas. All the rooms have modern amenities, ample storage areas, and big bathrooms with showers. Twin and family rooms are allocated based on your party size, while the suite can be booked specificall for anywhere between one to four people. Most of the rooms have fantastic views of the ski slopes except for the family rooms which face the parking area.
