The one-bedroom condos at Chateau Eau Claire​ are great for couples or families seeking a simple yet well-equipped apartment in Aspen. These units include everything you need for a self-catered ski vacation from comfortable beds and sofas to a fully stocked kitchen, dining table and washer/dryer facilities. Some condos have picturesque river views and Deluxe units are more likely to include a deck from which to enjoy the view. The master bedrooms include king size beds and there is a further sleeper sofa in the lounge.

There are two levels of one-bedroom condos: Standard and Deluxe. These levels vary in terms of decor, appliances and view. 

The two-bedroom condos can accommodate up to six guests and generally feature a king master bedroom with an ensuite, a twin bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the lounge. The open-plan living space features comfortable sofas, a large TV, a dining table and a well stocked kitchen. Each unit is individually designed but they all feature everything you need for a fun, cozy, self-catered ski stay. Some Deluxe units may feature a private deck or balcony with river views.

The bedrooms are bright, with a master ensuite bedroom featuring a king bed and either two singles or a queen in the second bedroom. A sleeper sofa allows for additional guests.
