For anyone hoping to make the most of Niseko’s early-morning powder, the location is hard to beat.
The apartments are compact rather than luxurious, but they’re warm, comfortable and well suited to couples, families and small groups. Open-plan living areas and fully equipped kitchens make them an easy base for guests who appreciate the flexibility of self-catering. There is also plenty of natural light, with large windows and balconies offering gorgeous views across the surrounding Hirafu landscape.
Deep Tracks is especially practical for a ski holiday, with communal ski and boot storage, a drying room and shared laundry facilities making the daily routine that little bit easier. Ski-rental shops, ski schools and a selection of restaurants are all within walking distance, while Niseko Central’s concierge team can assist with transfers, lift passes, rentals and other arrangements before arrival.
It’s worth noting that the condominium sits in the quieter gondola area of Upper Hirafu rather than directly among the village’s busiest bars and restaurants. The main dining and nightlife precinct is around a ten-minute walk away, and the uphill return can feel a little longer in snowy conditions. However, for guests who prioritise quick lift access over being in the centre of the evening action, this is a very worthwhile trade-off.
