Hotel Le Dome is a simple 2 star hotel in Tignes which offers comfortable, good value accommodation right at the base of Tignes Ski Resort and the greater Espace Killy. The hotel is situated in the small village of Les Boisses which makes it perfect for those not seeking the hustle and bustle of the main Tignes village. It has a little more of a traditional French village feel. The hotel has ski-in access and the chair lift to Tignes le Lac is just minutes’ away. There is also a shuttle service to take you in to Tignes so you can enjoy the nightlife.
There are only 14 bedrooms in Hotel Le Dome which gives the accommodation a cosy, intimate atmosphere and allows you to get to know guests and staff during your stay. The on-site restaurant serves traditional French cuisine and breakfast includes both hot and cold options.
Rooms are fairly small and could perhaps use an update but on the whole the beds are comfortable and bedrooms warm which is all you really need after a day on the slopes. You’re likely to spend more of your time down in the cosy bar sitting round the fire chatting to new friends.
