Standard guest rooms are the most basic at Independence Square Hotel so are great for those who need to stick to a budget but don't want to compromise on location and convenience. The majority of rooms have been recently renovated and offer guests a cozy bedroom, stylish ensuite and some basic kitchenette facilities so you can enjoy a great ski vacation in Aspen. Standard rooms can sleep between two and four guests, usually with a queen bed and a further day bed (trundle) or sleeper sofa. These rooms may feel a little cramped with four guests and all your ski gear so Scout recommends upgrading to a Deluxe or Premier room. As rooms are individually decorated, please speak to Scout about your preferences and we can choose the best unit for your group.

Deluxe rooms are generally larger and more modern than standard rooms and can accommodate between two and four guests. Each room includes comfortable bedding, entertainment equipment, an ensuite bathroom and a small kitchenette space. Some rooms feature two queens and a day bed so they can sleep up to five - ideal for families. Others feature only one king and a sleeper sofa. As rooms are individually decorated, please speak to Scout about your preferences and we can choose the best unit for your group.

Premier rooms offer luxury and comfort while only sleeping two to four guests so as to ensure space to relax. These stylish rooms feature larger kitchenette facilities so you can enjoy more in-room dining as well as standard amenities such as an ensuite bathroom, TV, sofa and day bed. Most rooms feature a king bed and sleeper sofa (some rooms excepted). As rooms are individually decorated, please speak to Scout about your preferences and we can choose the best unit for your group.

Featuring mountain and town views, this condominium overlooks the Cooper Avenue Mall and is only one block from the Silver Queen Gondola. This Premier condo boasts hardwood floors throughout, a full kitchen with stainless appliances, a formal dining area for six people, and a TV lift cabinet with a large flatscreen TV. Bedding consists of a king bed plus a sleeper sofa for additional guests.
