Le Petit Dru is a tradtional Haute-Savoie ski lodge, with roaring fireplaces, wooden balconies and alpine decor throughout. This family-run ski hotel has been in the family for three generations and you can instantly tell that authenticity and family values are important. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and will do anything to help you have the best stay in Morzine.
The rooms at Le Petit Dru vary between single, twin/double, family and junior suites but despite the size difference each room opens up to a private balcony with views of the mountains. All rooms have free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms. The showers are particularly warm and powerful which is a must after a day on the slopes.
Guests can enjoy a continental buffet breakfast each morning, with fruit, cereal, pastries and an egg station for you to cook up your eggs however you like. While there isn't a plethora of choice there are plenty of options to satisfy your hunger before getting out on the mountain. Le Petit Dru has a restaurant on site serving an a la carte menu for half-board guests, and they also have a sister restaurant, Le Fangle, located on the slopes of Avoriaz, should you feel peckish throughout the day.
When returning to the hotel, guests can make the most of the on-site wellness facilities which include a swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and hot tub. Massage treatments are also available, as are yoga lessons.
