They are located on the ground floor so don’t have the best views (some look at a stylish concrete wall) but offer good value accommodation in this luxury ski-in ski-out hotel in Niseko. The studios at The Vale are located on floors 2-5 and feature views of the mountain, forest or village/buildings. The rooms feature twin or king beds as well as a lounge area, modern bathroom and kitchen units and in-room laundry facilities. Although the kitchen facilities are more comprehensive than the hotel rooms, breakfast is still included for two guests.

The one-bedroom apartments with birch view at The Vale are located on floors 2-3 and feature great forest views from the balcony. The rooms feature a private twin or double bedroom and include a Murphy’s style bed which pulls out into the lounge area. The kitchen and living area is very spacious with plenty of modern facilities and bathrooms are chic and well-equipped. Breakfast is not provided. 

The two-bedroom bunk apartments at The Vale are located on floors 2-3 and feature great resort views. The rooms feature a master bedroom with double or twin beds and a further bedroom including two sets of bunk beds, perfect for children. The room can accommodation 2 adults and 4 children. There is one main bathroom and an additional toilet all with chic designs and amenities. The kitchen and living area feature a small fireplace, modern kitchen equipment, laundry facilities, lounge and TV area and a lovely balcony. Breakfast is not provided.

The three-bedroom Yotei Panorama is the penthouse suite at The Vale, located on floor 6. This spectacular apartment has amazing views of Mt. Yotei and a large balcony from which to enjoy the sights. The master bedroom is huge and boasts a modern en-suite with double sinks, large double bed and its own private balcony. The two further bedrooms also have designer en-suite facilities. Two extra futon beds can be added to accommodate eight guests. The spacious kitchen and living area features sumptuous furnishings and top-of-the-range equipment so you have everything you need for a superior stay. Out of the floor-to-ceiling windows lies a large balcony with a private onsen which boasts stunning mountain vistas. This apartment includes daily housekeeping.
