The one-bedroom residences are great for those who want a bit of extra space and privacy. The suite features a master bedroom and a separate living space which can accommodate two extra guests on a sofa bed. The room is split my a feature fireplace which is a great focal point of the suite. The lounge includes comfortable sofas, a small seating area, large TV and in-room kitchenette facilities which allow some self-catering. There is an ensuite bathroom with complimentary bathrobes, designer toiletries, and a hair dryer. The one-bedroom suites also boast private washer/dryer facilities.

​The one-bedroom suite with a den area is great for slightly larger groups. It doesn’t offer quite as much space as the two-bedroom residences but has a master bedroom, and a further den bedroom which is partially open-plan. This suite also boasts a spacious living room, an in-room kitchenette, two bathrooms and washer/dryer facilities. Two more guests can be accommodated in the comfortable lounge so this suite can sleep a total of six guests.

These suites not only include two comfortable bedrooms but also a large lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. These rooms have everything you need for a relaxing break and include conveniences such as washer/dryer facilities, gourmet appliances and a sleeper sofa in the lounge.

The studio residences are modern and stylish and feel particularly comfortable despite being quite compact. These studios have everything you need for a great ski vacation. The room features a king double bed, a flatscreen TV, small seating area and an in-room kitchenette which includes a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee/tea maker. The ensuite bathroom is separated from the bedroom with a glass wall and may feature a deep bathtub or walk-in shower.

The four-bedroom residence is the largest standard suite on site (not including the penthouses) and if great for large groups and families travelling together. There are four main bedrooms which can include double or twin beds and a further sleeper sofa in the lounge. These suites include stylish, designer features throughout which add a little luxury to your ski stay. They have a fully-equipped kitchen for all your catering needs and a comfortable lounge in which to relax together after a day on the slopes. There are ensuite bathrooms and a main family bathroom as well as washer/dryer facilities.

The penthouse suites at The Viceroy offer the ultimate in luxury, style and comfort. These expansive suites provide guests with wonderful alpine views (from the two balconies), quality appliances and furnishings, and plenty of privacy for everyone. The three bedrooms feature king or twin beds and each have an ensuite or adjacent bathroom. The master bedroom also includes its own lounge facilities as well as a fireplace. The open-plan living area is spacious and comfortable and feature a well-equipped kitchen with marble countertops and Bosch appliances, a six-seater dining table, and plush lounge furnishings.

This four-bedroom penthouse is huge. It has everything you need and more for a luxurious ski vacation in Aspen. There are four bedrooms split over two floors and an expansive living area to boot. The two master bedrooms feature king beds, ensuites and fireplaces (and one also has its own lounge), while the other queen and bunk bedrooms include ensuite or adjacent bathrooms. There are two more sleeper sofas too which mean this suite can accommodate up to 12 guests. The living area includes a comfortable lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a breakfast bar, addtional powder room and leads on to not one, but two balconies.
